Workout for the week: 2.5 mile tempo @ that-felt-really-good-til-I-died-on-the-first-hill pace, core work after.

Summary: A 2(ish)-mile tempo should never, ever be that painful. A good reminder that I am NOT really in shape. Our shattered self esteem was rescued by a gallant gent who was so impressed by our awesome tempo-survival-skills that he invited us to join his Las Vegas Ragnar team. Apparently we are good at *looking* fast ha ha 😉
