Recovery week

Taking a break this week – resting post-13.1 sore muscles and healing up my foot (it deserves it just for holding up through the half marathon!)

This has actually been my ‘easiest’ no-run week ever – usually I get a bit antsy and hate to lose the hard-earned fitness.  Apparently 14-hours-on-campus days are an *excellent* distraction from not getting my daily run in.  Silver linings…
