Fish & I survived through week 6 of our summer training plan 😀 I maxed out at 26 miles this week – the most mileage since before the dreaded mono. Had some very mild foot soreness post-long run but got some foot mushing done (thanks sis!) and felt great on the next morning’s run. Fish had some achilles pain last week but came back strong after a couple days or rest. Now onward & upward (in terms of mileage) to week 10!
