28 mile week, whootwhoot!

I hit 28 miles this week and I am ridiculously excited about that fact. And my foot managed it like a champ! 

The couple of extra miles provided a much-needed boost of stress relief – I’ve been eating, drinking, and sleep THESIS all week and those 20 – 30 minutes of running are the perfect respite from rearranging sentences, adding references, and endlessly revising figures for 8 – 10 hours a day 😛
