July training

In spite of a low first couple weeks, I still busted out:

  • 76 running miles (7th/last 14 months)
  • 251 cycling miles (3rd/”)
  • 27 hours (3rd/”)
  • Plus ALL the IT band rehab and a strong return to actually doing upper/lower body & core strength 

 Not bad! Also started doing run and bike uptempo/tempo workouts and strides again, always a fun addition to the usual steady mileage 🙂
