Setbacks

I just want to be able to wear these again without my foot protesting in pain. And maybe get to the point where I can actually train enough to run a race in spikes without feeling like a total embarrassment 😛
But this foot injury keeps springing back and hampering my already severely limited training. Hoping that staying off of hills, away from any non-toe-friendly shoes, off grass, and keeping my runs to 2 miles for a week will settle it back down and let me move forward again!
